One Year Limited Warranty

All Mate products are guaranteed against mechanical failure. If there is a problem, send the product to us and we will repair or replace (at our option) the product at no charge.

If the product is no longer in production and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a comparable Mate product. Exhausted butane in the course of normal use is excluded from this warranty (but no problem for you since your LighterMate is refillable); also excluded are any parts damaged from excessive impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. Mate is not responsible for any special or consequential damages related to your use of any Mate product. There are no other express warranties provided by Mate.

Empty your LighterMate of all butane (use a pointy object to depress the gas valve in center of adjuster), pack the product well, insure contents and ship it to us at:
